Are you an experienced derby skater that just moved to Tampa? We'd love to have you!
Transfer skaters should do/have the following:
- One letter of recommendation from your previous league. We're looking for prior commitment to your previous league, reason(s) for transfer, and skating background (how long have you been skating, how long with previous league, etc.)
- 1st month's dues ($30)
- $60 Insurance (unless transferring from another WFTDA league; we'll need to verify coverage/proof online)
- Signed insurance form, TBDD waiver, WFTDA confidentiality agreement
- Provide us with a brief medical history and emergency contact information
- Sign the WFTDA confidentiality form
