In the sub, sub basement of a back alley skating rink, a group of women with an affinity for destruction as well as dysfunctional relationships were called together. They put on their helmets, strapped on pads, and laced up their skates to embark on their annihilativfe adventure. These ladies leave a trail of tears and a path of poundings as they move from skater to skater laying out killer hits. Being the bad girls of derby and the most undefeated team in TBDD history can cause a skater to become a little rough around the edges. Watch out for these unyielding contenders. When the skate dust has settled, will the Widows once again climb their way back to greatness?

They're sleek, they're sly and they've got street smarts. They're not big talkers but they are BIG on action. Authority has nothing on their "family". These aren't bad girls turned good. These are bad girls playing nice...sometimes. If you stumble upon them playing dice in the back room of some shady bar in Ybor city, turn around and run away. You don't wanna find yourself strapped down by their roller skates at the bottom of the Hillsborough River.
Is it better to be loved... or feared? The Cigar City Mafia could care less. Just stay out of their way!

A dark and stormy night in early 2006 brought these fearsome ladies together. By destiny they met but a lifelong bond would keep them together. There was no mercy, because society forced them to be ruthless. Often mistaken for angelic, no one suspected how heartless they can be. Once you join them, there is no going back. Proudly sporting the colors of blue and black, knives in their hands, and with hearts of cold steel, these sisters made a pact that they would all live by, whatever it takes... lie, cheat, and steal.
The Tampa Tantrums...20 Skaters stopping your flow!
Tired of playing nice, a group of skaters joined together in May 2006 and threw the biggest tantrum the city of Tampa had ever seen. They may look cute with their lollipops and little girl sized tops but don't let their innocent looks fool ya'. These ladies are hard hittin', pack splittin', gettin'-it-done chicks who make other derby teams cower in their skirts. These aren't the good little girls of roller derby.
Led by their coach, Candy Corn, and the best skaters the Sunshine State has to offer, the Tantrums have made it a point to do what they do best, steam roll the competition and leave nothing but bruises and winning scores in their wake.
Cruising to cause a bruisin!
These punks come from the back streets of Tampa Bay. If you want to skate against them, they won't back down from your challenge. These gutsy women will take on the whole state of Florida to prove they aren't secondary to any "big sister". Known for their brash and bold attitudes, their supersonic speed, and their earth shattering blows, the Bruise Crew brings opponents to their knees. If you're looking for a bona fide brawl, don't fear because the Bruise Crew will be there.
